People usually upload in .mp3 or .flac .flac and .wav have about the same quality of sound but the .flac file is smaller I personally usually rip in .mp3 as it's much faster to upload and easier on the hard disk, also I find the difference between .mp3 and .wav is noticeable but barely, thought some people claim that .flac is the patrician file format for listening to music. My advice: .mp3 320 kbps Good luck with the rips
