Ok
sure
What's the difference between your 2.5 and 2, friend? I'm sorry I'm dumb, but it looks like it's the same thing.
What's your rating system?
Why did you end up listening so much music you didn't like?
I like to discover music. I listen to basically everything.
>What's your rating system?
Fairly simple really.
>Five stars
Perfect by my own standards, albums I can listen to any situation and will be always coming back to.
>4.5
Close, will be coming back to often, it is missing certain aspects to make it five stars, perhaps it is an amazing album but it didn't have an impact, maybe it had a little flaw.
>4 stars
Amazing, these albums may not be doing anything necessarily special, but they accomplish everything they set out to do.
>3.5 stars
Close to mediocre, either the very core of the album isn't much inspired but is well done, or the album is going for something special and it never quite reaches its goal, either way, it has substance
>3 stars
Mediocre, mostly boring, run of the mill releases
>2.5 to 2
Just bad, 2.5 is just kinda better
>1.5 to 0.5
Exceptionally bad to total disasters.
fuck off trannies
i guarantee you there are no trannies in this thread
they just live in your head rent free
Second this, I just enjoy giving my 2 cents on music.
Not a tranny, I just want to discover as much music I love as I can and broaden my horizons.
I don't know how much music is "enough" to make me feel like my music listening hobby can be "legit".
I don't feel like my 500 + reviewed albums is an impressive number.
Tranny here, you're wrong
>Tranny here
Grave here soon
>grave here
that was fucking pitiful
>fucking pitiful
Yeah, it's pitiful that some people willingly mutilate themselves
Checked
"I'm not feeling this" - I kinda dont like it
"No feelings" - I neither like or dislike
Does anyone else think there are always a lot of bad metal albums high up in the yearly charts cause metalfags like to rate everything 4.5 or 5?
Every single metalfag I see has HUGE weighting on 5s that tapers down and nothing rated below a 3.5.
I wish they could have a better rating system.
Give me an example of a bad metal album that is rated highly.
Just this year alone:
12th: dso
15th: Waste of Space Orchestra
23rd: Batushka
24th: Mispyrming
Not necessarily saying they're bad, but they aren't top 30 of the year worthy... No other genre seems so over-represented.
IF YOU HAVE UNDER A HUNDRED ALBUMS YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN TO THIS BOARD UNTIL YOU HAVE SURPASSED THAT NUMBER.
>if you have under a thousand albums
ftfy
do you guys even listen to 2.5s? I try to avoid them if i can unless they're from an artist I know fits my taste
