Thanks for the rec.
Are you familiar with an early-ish Autechre or Gescom track that features manipulated audio from the english dub of a 1960's Hong Kong action/gangster film? I heard it long ago on some megamix and haven't been able to find it since.
prob already heard most of these but:
Coptic Light - s/t
Brise Glace - When in Vanitas...
Jurriaan Andriessen - The Awakening Dream
i'm not that active on rym but i still browse from time to time, shoot me a msg
as a matter of fact, i've heard none of these, but i have the brise glace album downloaded somewhere i think. never heard of this track though, but sounds interesting ! thanks for the recs, they are great
thanks! i will
If you haven't heard those first two, you're probably going to have to make a new chart.
my chart already needs to be fixed, i listened to a ton of great albums in the last few weeks
listen to Dust Bowl Ballads by Woody Guthrie
based, since you like brian enos ambient stuff, you should listen to his collab with harold budd and his collab with cluster. his best ambient work imo
Maybe some Sonny Sharrock or The Necks
you're probably kinda cute
prurient
no idea what most of this shit is but some cool cover art

your taste is awful, no wonder youre a lazyposter
>overthehedge soundtrack
fuck did i fall for the bait
No this is a genuine list. If I wanted to troll I'd make it even more generic.
I understand my favorite albums aren't necessarily that refined or high class, but they're my favorites regardless.
(Also the Over the Hedge soundtrack is genuinely really fucking good and worth at least one listen.)
4/5
4/4
About to finally check out Billie Eilish and see if all the hype is warranted
Funky taste. Not a huge fan of a lot of it but none of it is outwardly bad imo
I literally recognize 1 of these and nothing else
This is a mix of albums I really like and hate
What is the genre and name of this album on the top left. It's on every chart. The one next to it Ride was too but I listened to that and thought it was pure garbage.
You're a cool person IRL and probably the cool guy at parties
I would be your friend IRL for sure
Human conundrum
I recognize 3 of these albums in total
Lots of bizarro obscure albums here in this thread wtf.
High effort and great albums. Maybe the favorite chart I've seen on any thread here. Cool cool cool cool coooooooooool
+ imogen heap
billie eilish isnt worth the listen, just generic moody pop instrumentals with whispering vocals thrown on top
>What is the genre and name of this album on the top left. It's on every chart. The one next to it Ride was too but I listened to that and thought it was pure garbage.
Post-Hardcore, Unwound-Leaves turn inside You
billie eilish isn't experimental or anything, but i wouldn't call her sound generic. it's more of a souped up version of generic radio pop.
Auktyon - Bird
Aquarium - Aquarius
Yume Nikki OST
Boris with Merzbow - Rock Dream
Frank Zappa - Bongo Fury
Popol Vuh - Die Nacht Der Seele
Disagreed. Loving it so far.
Not a fan of Post-Hardcore
Thanks, will check em out. Third thing sounds like anime which I hate.
Definetively not. It's an RPG Maker game. Actually, you should listen to the soundtrack for the first time while playing it
(Reccd because of SH2 soundtrack)
japanese lady in red album cover? or maybe just all the names of albums?
Unrelated update to the Billie Eilish Record
Loving it so far but When the Party's Over blatantly copies The Antlers. How has this not gotten any attention? Not saying it's plagiarism or anything but it's extremely similar.
>When the Party's Over blatantly copies The Antlers
how tf does it do that cracka explain
Listen to it then Wake by The Antlers
They are incredibly similar in production and pace
It's basically the same exact aesthetic and sound palette but Billie's is less detailed and better produced
Jessica Pratt
final version maybe
m. geddes gengras - enduring doubt
venn rain - humming hills
I'm a little autisitc
bump
zoomer
the babe rainbow
the mountain goats - heretic pride
