I didn't know I needed this but this was great.
Some fun great music, loved Achieve Nirvana
Yeeeuh love how each track has been quite different from one another. Carnage track when?
The production style is so damn unique like a music collage. Would love to hear something from you with more of a pop aesthetic but with this crazy blend of music you've been making!
Nice strummin' m8 :)

This is the best and probably the most accessible of the singles. It has what made the Venom track engaging, but feels more like a proper instrumental than a rock soundscape.
The mixed media samples on the eigbok EP make it a really bizarre, but enjoyable listen. Really liked the bookend tracks.
I'm glad you are finally on the last one, it feels like its been forever since you started but its good nonetheless
pretty interesting beginning and the :40 onwards is pretty gud i like the strum
Not really what I expected since I'm not reading the tags but you hit me in the feels as per all bedroom pop does
Prius Disaster is a pretty good drone i dont know how to describe it i just like the feeling
Pretty hard, muh dude
I only wish it could be louder
I don't remember listening to your album but I reposted and liked it but I know I did it cause it was good
I dunno Janky shit

How'd you like Spiderman Far from home?
Bro...Throwing the word "Bedroom" infront of your genre isn't some sort of indie tagline. I know you fake musicians THINK it is... but.. it's not. Real guys in the industry laugh all day long at "bedroom" and "lofi" musicians. You think any real musician walks into a studio and tells the production team he's looking for a "bedroom pop" feel? absolutely NOT! If there was a dummy that ever did that they'd be thrown outta there pronto. I know you've never dealt with real industry peeps like me, and you've never even set inside a legitimate studio like I have, so this is just a word of advice to a beginner like you. Grow up and make real music.
Don't get me started on Lofi bro!!
Not bad bro, just be careful how you use the word Ambient.

of all people, i did not want to return feedback to you. sadly i feel obligated to keep that promise
i listened to new goliath. it's not bad to introduce yourself with the whole "dj dubbi exclusive" thing, it's a good way to get name recognition, but find a way to make it more unique. it sounds a bit corny
this beat isn't even that bad, but that high pitched buzz all throughout gets really tiresome. the guy counting down around 1:10 is really annoying
you have some cool sounds right after that, it might be my favorite part of the song, but the part right after literally sounds like autotuned burping. it's fucking obnoxious
the chopped up vocals could sound cool, but they hardly serve any purpose in the song. it's as if you're just throwing it in the song so you can say, "look at me, i have a mild understanding of autotune"
there are legitimately cool ideas in this song, but it's way oversaturated. pull your head out of your ass and refine your ideas.
why does this have to happen every thread?

Running from sound allows for the reverberation to hit you first from the wall. The sound still reaches you either way.
I like the sleigh bells and how the guitar starts out as very dissonant but the lick begins to harmonize well when the vocals come in.
huge reccs
Bro you need to listen to the words I'm telling you bro. LISTEN please PLEASE BRO just listen..Your beats are a big generic and I recognize the Samples. the sample sounds like it was recorded to a 15ips tape machine with a live band going straight through a console, and the drums are coming from a drum machine, synth, or stock DAW drum samples, chances are the context won’t make sense, you should always focus on that crispy sound quality bro.
In my mind I’m thinking “ok, what can I do to make these drums sound better, like they BUMP to the sample, but still stick out and hit hard?” Bro... Think about it like this, it might mean you have to be processing to the sample, or processing to the drums, or both. And generally needssome experimentation to make it BOOM in the speaker. And also mmatching the space is super key. This isn’t easy, it takes a really ADVANCED ear like mine. But if you can train yourself to listen to the ambience in the sample and recreate that ambience around the drums, but don't get confused. You follow? Next turn up the EQ low end (bass) and ta-da you're better. Let that sink in. I've spelled it out as simply as possible.
Not bad, you're learning things. Also, If you like Death Grips you're going to love my new single that's on its way!
ME (you excited for my new album?)
You should "rec" when you post your link, that makes sure we know you're not samefagging.

that hairline tho
This is cool man, really weird and interesting sound choices and ambiance. The water splashing / sloshing noise is strange but it works for the feeling of this track (Guessing Game)
The vocals really surprised me, I thought it was going to be a purely ambient / instrumental thing, but they sound nice and your lyrics are engaging. The crazy string noise breakdown at the end is pretty psychedelic, as the project in general seems to be
All in all, maximum points for creativity, I think your dramatic vocals are my least favorite part of the songs I listened to, but they're part of it and I'm not saying they are bad at all. I love the weird ambiance of something like "The Meat Flower." On a technical level the way you mixed everything sounds good, like you know what you're doing
Definitely recc others to check it out, this is some weird shit and you might like it or at least be surprised by it
tristanb.bandcamp.com
Here's my thing, it's an instrumental /ambient project inspired by horror games and maybe some post-rock stuff. Cheers to any listeners, thank you
>Cute and comfy electronica
>Future bass / future beat
I listening to Guessing Games, and I love the guitar picking on it. The mixing is great too! I think that it would be awesome if you harmonized the vocals some more, and maybe made them really clean. Have you ever listened to the album "The Geese and the Ghost"? I think you'd get a lot out of listening to it! Here's a link: youtube.com
Maybe it'll inspire you :)
Bro.. That whole folky virgin music is great and all, but imagine what your music could sound like with a rhythm section. Bro DM me on soundcloud or instagram (link on soundcloud profile) and I'll do your rhythm section for you! Bro!
Bro tourists are funny to me, don't forget to REC me bro.
You better be a female, because if you're a guy who's trying to be "cute" that's pretty weak bro, I feel bad for your dad desu, just man up bro. Be your true self bro, live life to the fullest, don't let the system ruin your masculinity.
Also, BOOST YOUR BASS bro.
ME (you excited for my new album on the way?)
man, shut the fuck up what are you even talking about
oh god is a /dubbi/ thread. You've been making dupstep for 6 years man stop
Bro you don't understand simple production terminology? Bro what's wrong with your head if you're trying to be a professional musician but don't understand the basics of music production. You newbies really can't handle receiving help, that's pretty sad bro. I put out a helping hand and you spat in it.
Bro don't be uncomfortable about having an authority figure giving you advice.
LOL no.. I made dubstep up until 2014(the year I officially ended the genre for the world and brought in the age of trap bangers) after 2014 ALL dubstep is officially Post-Dubstep.... and keep in mind I make a lot of different genres, go listen to my albums......

Glad to see yet another thread is being derailed by these people who don't actually like music.
I mean "i'm glad" SARCASTICALLY. I don't get the point of coming here and ruining these threads.
What could it possibly do to make you guys feel better about your shitty shitty lives.
And yes, it's clear that your lives are shitty, if they weren't you wouldn't do this to us here.
DJ Dubbi is an asshole. There's no other way to put it.
Every day. Every. Fucking. Day. He comes here and shits on all of our music.
We work hard on our craft and all he does is quickly throws a cheesy bass line over a beat.
Yet, he has the balls to tell US that our music isn't good. He has the guts to rate our music out of 10?
He can't even write a real song that isn't just a rip off of whatever thing is cool, and not done well either.
Don't let DJ Dubbi, or any of the trolls here get you down about your craft.
DJ fuckface Dubbi is just an autistic faggot who thinks shitting on peoples work is funny.
He's not trolling he's just retarded, I fucking hate him, every day he tell me my music is shitty.
I've spent half a decade perfecting my craft, and he thinks he can come along and just fuck my career up?
Fuck that.
Fuck him.
We are artists. He isn't.
Sorry for the rant.
ok BRO i dont give a shit if you ''recognize my samples'' BRO you're not even close to being a professional BRO so shut the fuck up BRO and btw, your ''music'' is trash BRO your mixing is shit too.
wow. why would you rec dubbi? you think we wouldn't know?
dubbi stop talking to yourself. you look handsome in this photo btw.
can someone please verify is this is really him?? this creature looks like he's braindead
>this creature looks like he's braindead
He's mentioned he's heavily medicated for schizophrenia.
I don't 100% know, but he apparently had a mental breakdown in a "Jenny Death When" thread back in 2015, the photo has been floating around since.
fucking hell i refuse to believe he isn't a troll.
Sorry bro, Didn't realize you were THAT insecure, hopefully you can man-up and learn to not have such a thin skin to criticism. Your father or father figure should have taught you the importance of learning from superiors. Oh well, it's your life....... LOL
Stop that desu. That's not even me bro that's not me.
>Plunderphonics
Ugh, do the work yourself bro, come on bro. Having true artists do all the work so you can steal the ideas? LAME bro that's lame. I hate that. The problem I have with 99% of "musicians" who sample other people's work is LONGG. The big thing is with these digital sound sampling devices, back in the day my sh!t was ANALOG bro, do you even know what analog means? Whatever, anyway these digital systems are, we are told, music mimics par excellence, able to render the whole orchestral panoply, plus all that grunts, or squeaks. The noun "sample" is, in our comodified culture,pre-fixed by the adjective free, FREE. as in STEALING. So now you're lying about being an artist and if one is to consider predicating this subject, perhaps some thinking aloud on what is not allowable auditory appropriation is to be heard.
Some of you, current and potential samplerists are confused, I KNOW you're confused, and it's about the extent to which you can legally borrow from the ingredients of other people's sonic manifestations. Is a musical property properly private, and when and how does one trespass upon it? Like myself, you may covet something similar to a particular chord played and recorded singularly well by the strings of the estimable Eastman Rochester Orchestra on a long-deleted Mercury Living Presence LP of Charles Ives' Symphony #3 and you're thinking "Oh no, welp here's another song down the DRAIN".
ME
Practice went a lot better than I expected. My drummer (who's a singer and guitar player trying out drums) has practiced a lot to my demos, I can tell. We've got 4 tracks in the bag, and I'm hoping we can start gigging by the fall.

Thank you for your kind words and breakdown of my music, it is very rewarding for me to have some of the feelings that I put into my music be received well even considering all of the abstraction. I'm living in Japan now and because I have been spending a lot of time in nature my next album will probably be more traditional, maybe just guitar and vocals, so I hope that I can convey my imagination as well with so little resources. Also your music is very nice, I have been reading a lot of science textbooks with ambient music, so I'll probably use your music for learning. Also very cool cover.
That geese and the ghost album was actually very beautiful, I'll probably listen to it more in the future, I like how the strings are very full but because they aren't harmonized too far apart, the sound isolated, so that music has a lot of space. Also your music is pretty colorful, I like how the lead synth sounds like a person's voice.
Sorry didgeridudearoo, but I actually play drums and want to experiment with drum machines next year, I just wanted this album to have a lot of space, so I didn't use much percussion. Maybe I can send some instrumental guitar tracks or something if you want to play around with them.
I'm glad you took my advice about a drummer bro. I've helped you so MUCH. See how great it is when you just let me help and not be insecure like these kinds of posters: ...
>Maybe I can send some instrumental guitar tracks or something if you want to play around with them
That's a good idea bro, I'll make you legendary and legitimate bro.
This should be an album cover lmao
who even knows at this point.
Delicious fettuccine alfredo you have there. Mind if I steal it? :&)
Yeah his music is actual trash.
He shits on our music saying that Bedroom Pop isn't a good genre, but he makes the most boring edm in the world.
I hate him. I hate his fake-chad "man up bro" attitude. He told me in the last thread that I had a weak father figure when I was a kid, who the fuck says that?
