In Sweden there's no stand your ground law. You can only fight back if you feel like your life is in danger and that you're about to die. Because the artist uploaded videos of him being polite while the immigrant being shoved away the prosecutors will claim the artist could have ran away and was not in imminent danger. He will spend 7 days in jail before they announce whether or not they will continue with the prosecution.
