When I was still a teenager just getting into extreme metal I tried listening to BtR and I thought it was terrible compared to Slayer or Metallica. It took a couple tries for the riff progressions to click on most of the songs. The opener to Slaves of Pain is legendary

sometimes a band makes several albums which were essential to the genre, usually the case with the classics. so I don't see why not, especially since this doesn't happen that often. you have like 100 albums on the chart already. there's no harm in including 1-2 extra albums for really big bands which one shouldn't miss.

I'd like to include maybe 3-5 for each sub-genre and ideally add 1 or 2 sentences adding a little context about the band/album for each one. gives people a little nudge. pictures of the album with their name don't really do much as far as helping someone decide where to start, they might as well close their eyes and pick any of them

I've been looking for an obscure album I once had listened to for over an year now, I've already scrolled through all the charts that are on the wiki so I'd appreciate some help.
The cover had a yellowish background, on the center was some kind of skull and on the borders there was something like barbed wire or a line.
