its very common you can easily find it at just about any record store for less than 5 dollars if not in the dollar bin itself. its just one of those kind of records.

This is honestly one of the best jazz albums I’ve heard. It’s up there with Coltrane’s quartet albums and Miles quintet stuff. What other modern jazz do you guys recommend?

I'm looking for more jazz that makes such unorthodox use of instruments that they sound borderline unrecognizable.
Stuff like picrelated, what Davis did with the guitar, or Kaoru Abe with his saxophone.

Electronic Wind Instrument. It's basically a synth you manipulate like a wind instrument. Super cool, I've really fallen in love with them over the past few weeks. Only serious player I've found though is David Brecker
