Station is his best

Second half isn't even him. It's Brian Eno uncredited.

Clearly somebody can:

>Tony Visconti and Brian Eno’s best work
ftfy

> ziggy stardust makes you the normie
> not heroes
> not low
> not blackstar

>t.my mother who only listens to popular and famous songs

heroes and blackstar are normie choices but low isn’t really

These are the kind of people that deny that Pet Sounds is The Beach Boys’ best album.

[x] is normie trash. imagine thinking [x] is their best instead of:
>surfs up
>white album
>low
>discipline
>piper at the gates of dawn

You know what? After listening to Bowie's entire discography over and over again, I've found myself enjoying Lodger the most. Sure, it's objectively the weakest and least avant-garde album out of the Berlin trio, but I find it the most enjoyable. It's a very humble and down-to-Earth album, experimental but not pretentious. It's just a really nice listen. I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this.

Everything from Station To Station to Scary Monsters is his best work

That new mix of Lodger is brilliant

This board needs more Bowie

Low is obviously the most normie out of those 3 dumbass

Just how?
"Heroes" has the title track which normies instantley know and they view Blackstar as a masterpiece because he died.
But Low? How many normies listen to it?

>look at all the little wonders in this thread iman

>"Heroes" has the title track
And absolutely nothing else that normies listen to. Also no one cares about Blackstar, you need to get out more if you think that.
Low has always been one of his highest rated and highest appreciated albums just behind Ziggy Stardust and possibly Hunky Dory.

Hoy take:
Heathen

For me, it's 1.Outside

>Low has always been one of his highest rated and highest appreciated albums just behind Ziggy Stardust and possibly Hunky Dory.

Among music critics and no one else. No normie has ever heard of Low.

I don't get the appeal behind Hunky Dory. I think Space Oddity is way better

Yes, everything from Station to Station to Scary Monsters is indeed his best work. The new mix of Lodger is very good, but personally I prefer the original mix.

Heathen is the best post-Scary Monsters album other than probably Blackstar. It's even better than 1. Outside.

desu I frequently get that the fan favourite is either ziggy stardust type shit for normies and their mothers or station to station for folk like us.

"Heroes" is his best work
and yes, Heroes is an amazing track but there is more than that.

>mothers
My mum's favourite Bowie album is Scary Monsters; she's actually the one who got me into Bowie in the first place.

Facts don't care about your feelings. Speak truth, you basic contrarian

Mothers and normies (at least in the uk) like hunky dory the most

Maybe it’s different in America

you're not the only one, give Scary Monsters a listen once again, i found myself enjoying it way more after going through his whole discography and returning

the argument can at least be made for white album and low
the other ones are obviously wrong though

I think you guys are sleeping on Let's Dance

It's good but not exceptional

>S tier
Low, Heroes, Station to Station, Scary Monsters, The Idiot
>A tier
Hunky Dory, Ziggy, 1.Outside, Blackstar, Lust for Life

It's just really mediocre compared to most all of his 70s output. Decent pop album for the early 80s, bad Bowie album.
