But they're an example of a band, because they're pretty young boys, they look like a boy band, they play this really piss-poor, third-rate impersonation of Led Zeppelin.
But they're pretty and they've had all the help of the media, the commercial machine, behind them and they've been able to reach a massive audience almost overnight by playing third-rate music.
I don't believe for one minute that anyone will even remember who they are in 10 years.
Now, I might be wrong. Maybe they'll prove me wrong. Maybe they'll suddenly develop into a good band and make a good record. But the point is, at the moment, they're not. They're like a boy band version of Led Zeppelin.

so i'd only heard of this band on Yea Forums for the longest time.
yesterday i was at a really lame party and two people were talking about them. i was amazed, i didnt think these people existed.
they asked me if i liked them and i said no. i left the party a little while after that.

They're competent. Just so painfully unoriginal. I know it's a meme to compare them to Led Zep, but they really are just Led Zep. If they grew away from just trying to do the exact same thing Zepplin did they could be half-decent. But look at them, even the way the singer moves his head side to side is the exact same way Robert Plant does. They should take a bit of inspiration from Foxygen, they were a revival band and it showed but they at least moved far enough away from their influences that it sounded kinda unique. They need to really gain some confidence too. They look so awkward on stage. I guess they are young. But if you're going to play swaggering Led Zep style classic rock. You need to look and act like an actual rock star.

I think they'll find their own sound maybe in an album or two but for now they're Kirkland brand LZ
