say what you want about it but ITAOTS was a gateway for me to discover new music and genres
if i wasnt for it i probably would still be listening to shitty edm and anime intros like i did when i was a teen

Unironically The Money Store. I really like it but know it isn't the GOAT but it was my first introduction to something more experimental and led me to eventually broaden my music taste beyond shitty mainstream rap
All I know is it was produced by Steve Albini
Plastic Beach: Got me into music and actually listening to albums start to finish instead of cherrypicking the most popular songs
I don't like shit, I don't go outside: enabled me to handle my loneliness and sadness
Spiderland: same shit but enables a release of pent up emotions
Pleb as fuck, but I was fully on track to kill myself when I was 18, but the song Doornails by NOFX literally convinced me not to. Outside of that, I can't think of any music which has literally changed the course of my life.
is this have the same vibe and style to scorpion??
Kid A and Loveless
this song in particular- still . gives goose bumps to this day.

Nick Cage and the Bad Sneeds
Waiting for this to become (USE WAS BANNED FOR THIS POST), the fags who mods this board banned me a while ago for merely mentioning psdscrpn exists
lysf. Changed the game for me when I got it. I don't listen to it anymore but at that time in my life it fit so well. Hard to believe that was like 18 years ago.

probably this or mhtrtc
Unironically loveless
it's not really actual music, more like a "sound collage" of recordings from interviews, news, etc. the recordings are all about victims of rape, prostitution, molestation, and yeah it's pretty dark stuff but nothing too difficult to stomach imo. it's honestly a pretty interesting experience, worth it to give it a listen if you're up to it.

Desert Sessions 7&8
I'm not going to sit here and pretend it's an amazing album, but as a 13 year old it greatly broadened by idea of what rock music could sound like.
