Which do you prefer?

Sloppy playing (like Page and Hendrix) or Technically perfect playing (like Steve Vai or Guthrie Govan)?

wow you named 4 shitty guitarists, grats

Technical shredders are the worst thing ever. I like to hear some emotion in guitar playing not just a machine playing as fast as possible.

more like Jimmy "Gay"ge

The "sloppy" ones obviously. I like my guitar player with SOUL.

why'd you suck off a nigger?

Why the fuck did you do it?

damn dude sucking off a nigger? that’s kinda gay

Well because black people invented rock and roll, and thus are the best guitar players. Look at Hendrix for example

race traitor

Pre-Heroin Jimmy wasn't that sloppy, I vote for that.

the only sloppy thing i like from jimmy page is his boyslut lips around my peepee

this

sloppy playing
anyone who says otherwise probably has severe asperger's

Out of those choices I would definitely go for sloppy, but ideally I would choose neither. John McLaughlin played at a super hard level but he was still sloppy enough to sound human and didn't cleanse every mistake out of the tape, and I wouldn't really compare him to Page.

Whoa, was just about to write this..... weird

I'll take technically perfect and emotional.

I want it so sloppy that it messes up at it's factory job and loses the tips of two fingers

I wouldn't call john "technical".
He uses few le guitar virtuoso techniques when it comes to improvised soloing live.

John is pure soul.

Fuck off Guthrie, you are not that good

>damn dude, 'this' to sucking off a nigger? that’s kinda gay
