your mix is really nice, vocals are really well produced too. that outro is sick, is that instrumentation live? if so well done on the engineering, but either way cool stuff keep it up
brand spankin new! I love how upbeat this is, bet you'd put on a fun show live. great personality, do you plan on incorporating more instruments into the mix?
that video is fuckin wild, freaky music too I dig that bass a lot it's droney as hell. that ending was surprisingly sweet too
that track was really pretty but I like sandbox more, ghost is pretty cool too. what style are you going for? did you think about adding vocals to the mix?
New song.

man, your work is incredible!
Im listening to lucky day and im very amazed. I need to listen this carefully. Im following you bro.
thanks a bunch man, we're on IG @kaspookyk really glad you like our DIY trash! Listened to your track, I really dig how dissonant it is. you've really got that delta blues vibe down while keeping it light-hearted and chill, sexy shit. you got any new releases on the way?
Thanks user. I decided to put my guitar out of tune to give more dirty sound but anyways I will re-record vocals and drums, just to improve the sound.
We will update our youtube channel in few days with one or two new songs. We're also in bandcamp with the same name.

Some nice switchups and creative writing. it's definitely out there. The turnarounds are satisfying. Just before 4 minutes sounds like insanity.

Reminds me a lot of some of my earlier electronic work. You're clearly having a lot of fun experimenting and making novel sounds. I think you have a good ear and a sense of harmonic progression.
Be careful not to get too lost in experimentation. The speech sample feels pretty overdone and the track kind of drones on after a promising start.
Always keep in mind your listeners. Asking for two minutes is a lot nowadays, for better or for worse, so try to make your music really worth the time.
Anyhow I think you have some good ears so keep working it and striving for the next level.

no verse vox but i feel like i accidentally wrote some rubber soul shit
pls destroy this
will return feedback
i dont like how much reverb i can hear on everything here -- performances are there across the board, i feel like a dryer mix would be more flattering to this stye of music tho

dis me
production is good on the beat but the vox arent too well recorded or mixed - are they samples? song feels like it could be a lot shorter
sounds legitimately old in a good way, i dig this. not sure who influences you but you should seek out those old holy warbles comps -- total treasure troves of old ghostly folk recordings

absolutely lovely, triphop and shoegaze merge just right with each other
highly enjoyable old school psychedelic vibes, love the abundance of wah guitars and the noise rock parts sound exactly right and not pretentiously chaotic, nice vocals too
eclectic to say the least, the death metal track reminds me a lot of early 00's bands like Bloodbath, the only thing is that the vocals sound just a tad bit raw, but other than that it's interesting and enjoyable

It's me again. I'd really love to hear some feedback or criticism, or any sort of commentary on this album, since I redid it using feedback I got in threads like these!
Also, other solo acts, how in the heck do you go about performing? I wanna start doing that, since I recently moved and figured it'd be a good excuse to start, but I don't know how.
Very strong identity and it sounds like you guys had a blast making it.
Oh shit, that's rad. I wish the vocals were mixed a little stronger, since it gets a bit muddied under the instruments, but it's still great.
Just a fucking treat as always. Absolutely delightful and sickeningly sweet.
Love this to bits. I don't have much to say about it, but I really dig the sort of haze that comes from the production.

I'm and have been wondering the same thing desu. I played with a band over the course of the past year and we ended up never playing any shows, which was really unfortunate as I'm yet to ever perform in front of people and am ridiculously nervous about it. I'm planning on moving out of philly within the next year and I hate the idea of banking on meeting a band that's willing to play my music wherever I go but I also hate the idea of playing guitar and singing to a backing track or doing acoustic sets.
>Very strong identity and it sounds like you guys had a blast making it.
Is just me so I guess I can answer the question.
Open mics and busk, not that I do either
>I also hate the idea of playing guitar and singing to a backing track or doing acoustic sets.
I just suffer playing and singing at the same time, period. I might be able to pull off keys, but that's a bit more expensive than sucking it up and learning guitar. How did you find a group to play with? Was it one of those cases where you knew the people for a while?
Either way, best of luck when/if you move. Your stuff is great and I'd love to someday hear that performing it for people went well.
>It's just me
Oh, my bad. Guess that's a pretty straightforward answer. I'll start looking, then.
It's not too hard to get good at singing and playing at the same time, start with simple songs and get them memorised like hell, practise like yer a robot. Then hum along or jump straight into singing. Took me about a week to get into it and once it clicked it stuck, I wasn't even great at guitar.
Maybe your standards for yourself are set too high, when you multitask like that both are bound to suffer a bit.
Just put this up today. Played recorded and mixed everything myself

Singer from my cover band is learning the drum parts. We practice again tomorrow. I'm hoping he's been practicing to a metronome, and most of his issues will be fixed. Hopefully I'll have a real two piece band ready to go for gigging soon.

My close friend from high school started a group with his friends and they wanted me to play guitar on a song and then that turned into me playing with them all the time. I really appreciate that and I hope the same for you.
