Dead's stage antics weren't that similar to GG's, nor were they as wild (burying, retrieving, and then wearing some clothes that are allegedly from a graveyard (yeah right) isn't anywhere close to GG assaulting people and shitting on them). I suppose they were both suicidally self-destructive on some level, but it's too different types of self-destruction.

That's far from the worst or edgiest thing a second wave BM artist did. Claiming you're wearing clothing from a grave yard to shock your audience is pretty low stakes compared to selling jewlery made from your close friend's skull, burning down churches, and murdering people.
