What's the best way to organize music folders?

Semi related, I just ripped my ancient ipod classic to get all my old music and specifically some audiobooks that have better narrators then other re-releases I have found recently.

Is there a way to automatically sort my 7600 files into separate folders by artist, or do I have to manually drag them in clusters?

I usually just artist/album/track and that works fine enough for me
spotify is objectively inferior

This is the best and most efficient way:

Artist - Year - Album\TrackNo - Artist - Title

No redundancy and you get all data you need, except genre which should in the tags anyway.

Song duration

Music -> Album Artist Name -> [Release Year] Album Title -> Songs
This way the artists are organized alphabetically so you can find easily and the albums will be ordered by release
