These two bands were in a league of their own in the early 80s and I haven't found any psychedelic/dreamy post-punk that sounds anything like them.

That album took a while to grow on me. Dazzle and We Hunger are fantastic songs, but the B-side is way stronger. I used to just listen to the first half and get bored, but there are some great songs towards the end of that album.
