I find most prog too unpredictable to go to sleep with. That being said...
Literally any Camel album. Hatfield and the North is good too but you have to like jazz. Not prog but most progressive electronic albums will do too.

The Snow Goose is incredibly soothing

Latimer's guitar playing are some of the few sounds that can make me genuinely cry alongside the Terminator 2 score when arnie gets lowered into the molten pit. I probably cry for different reasons though, Camel's melodies are too beautiful.
