There hasn't been a mainstream rap record released since Strait Outta Compton that didn't at least partially have a white audience in mind.

I ultimately think Kendrick is pretty shallow, and that his attempts to add nuance still amount to being pretty simple. It's a mediocre by design album that makes sure to hit all the right beats needed to appeal to the woke crowd.
