This is criminally slept on
HIP HOP ALBUMS THAT ARE OFTEN OVERLOOKED
Arguable hip-hop AOTD
youtube.com
This always comes to mind. Not just one of the most slept on hip hop albums but one of the most slept on albums across ANY GENRE
An all time great. It really deserves the same acclaim and attention that madvillainy got.
One of a kind.
>slept on
lol not even remotely
Oh it's not?
Well that's good to hear. I've never seen anyone talk about it.
then maybe try being on Yea Forums for over a week.
I've been posting here for 8 years and haven't seen it mentioned.
weird.
that IS weird, considering how popular it is and how many times it's mentioned on Yea Forums
Welp user
we're both in agreement that it's weird. Not sure where to go from here.
I mean I haven't posted here consistently so maybe I missed it.
ANYWAYS. It's a great album, deserves the recognition.
It's a shame that Edan didn't come out with any new material for such a long long time.
>we're both in agreement that it's weird
stopped reading there since i don't consider it weird or special in any capacity.
user are you okay
the video to that song was pretty good.
Time Machine - Slow Your Roll
Mos Def- Black on Both Sides
Vakill - The Darkest Cloud
Lol
Still a loved album but people hype up the first one so much that this one kinda gets overlooked sometimes. It should be just as classic.
not only overlooked but better than anything ITT so far
DJ Screw - 11.16.09
I hope you're the same user who has been posting that since a fucklong time. it's a super interesting record, but I wouldn't call it AOTD. I respect your choice though.
after a lot of listens, I finally get this record. I think the feats bring it down a lot though.
why do these 00's Screw tapes have that god awful artwork?
