I think Judas Priest has finally surpassed Iron Maiden as my favorite old school metal band.

screaming for vengeance is literally their only good album
This is a totally idiotic thing to say for a multitude of reasons, the main one being that's sort of "default 80's priest" and sounds like multiple other albums, so if you liked it there's no real reason you wouldn't like the others. It's not like it's one of their albums where they totally changed styles or something making it unique.
I don't think I ever liked Iron Maiden more than Priest. Sin After Sin, Stained Class, Hell Bent For Leather, and Unleashed In The East are all better than the best Maiden album. 80s-present Priest is kind of cheap though.
Shit taste bud
I've always preferred Iron Maiden to Judas Priest, Metallica to Megadeth, Darkthrone to Mayhem, etc.
Sad Wings is their best
That's my personal favorite

Maiden is massively overrated in my opinion. Di'Anno was good but Dickinson's albums rarely had tracks that I could say were comparable to the typical Priest track.
I'm the opposite, I'm definitely a Bruce over Paul guy. I love the energy on the first two musically but I really just think Paul is not a very great vocalist at all and vocals are a big thing for me.
That being said, I just feel like I have more fun going from album to album with Priest these days, they switched things up a lot more than Maiden ever did stylistically. The most Maiden did to experiment after Bruce joined was throw in a synth here and there at times but it still sounded all pretty typical Maiden.
Good song
You are literally a fucking retard and should kill yourself
You're trying too hard.
And yes OP I like Maiden a lot but Priest is way better. The only metal band who can maybe, MAYBE top them for me is Sabbath.
thanks for telling us
Maiden's s/t and Killers > any Priest album
What an awful ranking. And no, Bruce definitely had some great albums of his own and Powerslave and Somewhere in Time are proof enough and can easily stand against most Priest albums.
I always preferred Paul because of his range. He could do punk bangers, ballads and even go high if needed (as seen on Twilight Zone). I don't like to use this word since it's become rather meaningless now, but Bruce has always been a one trick pony to me and I feel like he's vastly overrated by nearly everyone. He was great, but not THAT great.
>I always preferred Paul because of his range
That's a first time I've heard this
>Redeemer of Souls and Firepower in God tier

Priest was only good during the 70s
Same here
