I think he's kind of weird and the way he handled it was weird but I'm kind of offended at how Natalie handled it too. She's basically saying that every woman who prefers older men or dates older men is just being manipulated by a "creep" and it's inherently "creepy" to date people that aren't strictly within your age group.
33 isn't really that old, and 18 is an adult, yeah it's a pretty big age gap but it's not really that uncommon and a lot of women just prefer older guys.
It really depends if the guy himself is creepy and specifically targeting young girls but there are tons of loving relationships between guys who are older and women who are younger (my parents, for example)

She could have just said he was creepy but she made it seem like any guy who dates a girl who's younger than him is a creep and the woman is being manipulated...which is pretty anti-feminist desu to infantilize adult women and say they can't make their own choices of who they want to be with.
