My dad would probably like some Digital Underground tracks. He likes funny stuff.

My dad’s 60 and he’s been listening since the beginning but i dont think he goes for most modern stuff. I think lil uzi is his favorite nu-rapper

my dad is 60 and i introduced him to DOOM he said he's to smart for him but he really enjoyed the beats my mom hates music in general i think she's autistic

Dad loves hip-hop from the 80s and 90s, but won't admit it.
Mom doesn't really care for it out side of a few older songs. She mainly listens to folk.

Goes as far as rage against the machine but is mostly indifferent. I remember he heard Sicko Mode of all things at a hockey game we went to a few months ago and he said he liked it. Like that counts for anything though.

Black user here. My parents mostly listen to soul, R&B, and blues. Dad's almost 70, moms 50something. I don't think my dad cares for hiphop at all, but every once in a while I'll find out my mom likes a track or two. I think they're mostly indifferent though

Dad got into hip hop around the same time as all the other white people with Run DMC and Beastie Boys. Mom was always more into goth rock like The Cure but she really likes Jesus Walks and the Hamilton soundtrack.

My dad says all they talk about are guns, skanks, and hoes. He uses the “Thong Song” as his example for some reason.
