Really liked how punchy some of the drums were on this one. Good sound design.

Just downloaded GetGood Drums yesterday. The dry samples are a HUGE step up from Superior Drummer. How's the mix?
soundcloud.com
I can dig it. From what I could hear, the lyrical content was good. Might wanna upgrade your mic when you get the chance, I was having a hard time hearing your voice.
Damn, I REALLY like this. The pop-punk/hip-hop fusion is cool and somehow you made it not cheezy.
REALLY nice psychedelic textures here. Especially in "Again" 10/10 knocked me on my ass.
Was nice, but Lo-Fi isn't usually my thing so I'm not the best judge.

The vocal mix seems off. The vocals sound a bit like they were recorded while afraid someone would hear. I think some confidence could take the vocals up a notch. The track has really nice energy
It really does sound a lot like something like Blink would write. I like you vocal style, mellow and comfy.
Dark and demented, Evil sounding track. It's like the music version of a horror movie.

i like your ideas dude, nice and slowly crawling under my skin. not sure about the sound though, the vocals, as someone pointed, need a bit more work, either a better mic or some eq-ing so they better sit. but other than the mixing part, i really enjoyed it
nice slint reference, right? "again" sounds lovely, nice and dreamy. definitely wouldnt mind it continuing for another ten minutes... and audience of no one - you have an audience now :) but still, there are some moments where i cant understand the lyrics too, but.. it fits the atmosphere, so
what. did. i. just. hear. some parts reminded me of like.. crazier death grips, is it even possible lol? great indrustrial(?) sound!
lovely ambience, even though this "happy-prog-metal-genre" seems soo oversaturated now. love the ending "choir", really stood out. the sound is perfect. i think i could imagine listening to a whole album of yours, you got anything completed (other than the 4 year old lp on youtube?)
why am i digging this?
you should be making OSTs for some "creepy" games, for some reason the first thing that i imagined listening to "sole" was - hey i could play some half life to this stuff
thats a cool combination of things! the only thing that i would change is the kick pattern, 4 on the floor doesnt really do magic for me lol. but checked some other songs of yours (depths) and yeah. i can dig that, nicely dangerous and angry. and the outro sends some nice chills
didnt catch me on the first song. but i started getting hooked on the second one and by the third one you got me. great sound, and a very interesting journey from folk to grunge and back.
yeah cya
This is really catchy but I would personally prefer if the songs weren't instrumental
'again' is really beautiful. It does what a track like this is supposed to do: evoke memories.
I've listen to you in other threads and I absolutely love it. bigg recc

Both really good. Griffith made me forget everything around me for a while. Really meditative sound but still interesting enough to make me pay attention to all the crisp percussion and melodies.
Had to listen to this from the genre tags. "You Took Your Life" is simply beautiful and a great opener. "Feel It In Your Soul" is some quality shoegaze/dream pop. Love the diverse selection of genres and influences you showcase here. Well executed. I really gotta listen to the rest of the album some time soon.
Digging "unheard" a lot. Nice soothing voice, very emotional. Reminds me of The Microphones.
Checked out your stuff mate, really dope and impressive guitar works, digging the prog vibes a lot, the atmosphere on that vaporwave train track was mad, it reminded me of interface.
Also thanks man, feels like I overdid myself if I managed to sound crazier than death grips, ha ha.
Wassup /mu, had a shitty day. Here's a new track from a week ago. Got more shit soon hopefully.

Debut release: a demo doubling up as an 'official bootleg' live album.
4 tracks, 35 minutes.
ASHBEL are a trio from Melbourne, Australia channeling their surrealistically biting blend into a volatile and often apocalyptic soundscape, emulating the cycle of nature and decay; feeding on organic matter. In the flesh they bring their collective love for extreme music by immersing in catharsis -- a cleansing of sorts -- with a punishing primal energy, blanketed in blaring mid-range from the stage in their performances... an experience of being taken away by something greater than their loathed mortal coils.

it's a shame not all chill hop is this layered
post-punk isn't an excuse to not tune and to turn down the drums to the point of silence. great fun lead guitar melodies. bit wonky rythmically. you should find someone to handle the production. you can also try double-tracking and paning the guitars to L and R. also great cover

The music is very good, just put bigger volume in your voice, sometimes I struggle to hear the words correctly.

very relaxing music. Reminds me of YMO with a very cute aesthetic. i guess i wouldn't use a literal flute sound, but that's just me. the track is still fun with it in.
i love this. i love the vocals, the reverb on the entire thing, and the bass hits. its like you're technically not supposed to do it, but that's what makes it so compelling. keep it up
You sound like Deicide with nice touches of Grindcore. Nice music and sound!

You're good at making music and a talented instrumentalist. I don't think all your tracks hold up as strictly instrumentals though. Wish there was a vocal element. Some of them do. A Trip to Hibi has a nice atmosphere to it. Not saying you have to sing on every song, but itd be a nice element every now and then. Even if it was just some spoken word shit.
I just started learning how to produce with very little knowledge of music theory back in January. This is the track I'm most proud of so far. Instrumental, but writing lyrics to it.

Hah, thanks dude. Yeah it's definitely oversaturated, but I've been doing it this way since as far back as I can remember. I've got some heavier/jazzier stuff too though!
>love the ending "choir", really stood out
Good! I'm trying to get into more singing, so I'm dipping my toes into it by recording lots of takes of myself and making a choir out of it.
>you got anything completed (other than the 4 year old lp on youtube?)
Man I'm so close to finishing a 10 song album right now. I'm in 3 other bands, have school, AND I've just transitioned into recording bands for a living full-time.
I've just been really fucking busy since the last record heh. Here's an unmixed demo from my next release:
