Look to other artists -- ones who don't write about themselves -- for inspiration without outright copying their style.
Also the lyrics can me metaphorical rather than literal. If your life is uninteresting in the way a lot of people on Yea Forums's are, boredom, ennui, depression, etc. have plenty of applications that tons of other people could relate to -- you just have to apply those feelings in loads of more interesting contexts than writing about sitting around on Yea Forums.
Also worth mentioning is that you don't have to write about yourself at all, metaphorical or literal, you can also go purely off imagination. Make a fucking concept album about dragons if you want and it'll still have the potential to be good.

record yourself singing off the dome to songs you have written. just jam the parts and kinda gibberish yr way thru them, focus on the melody and how the words sound as music more than trying to sound poetic. there will be a lot of cringy tropes that u blurt out at first but its good to recognize them.
then listen back and piece shit together. works for me, a lot of interesting accidents with syllables sounding like new words that inspire a whole new meaning or theme. plus doing it this way helps u build the melody and lyrics at the same time, as it can be awkward a lot of times trying to paste written lyrics over a written song rather than doingthem symbiotically.

Keep a melody or riff or whatever from a song you really love at the time swimming around in your head and while you’re just daydreaming or walking or whatever, try and come up with some of your own lyrics to swap in with original’s. After you have some sort of rhythmic framework, the creative part just pours out suddenly. For me anyway
