That version of Lift was pretty clearly live, but I don't think that's enough to discredit the entire 8 disk package. Keep in mind the OKNOTOK cassette had its fair share of live stuff on it too. This seems to be just a mixed bag of whatever they had lying around from the OKC period.

the live recordings aren't fabricated. there's only a few of them too. the recordings were probably done by the band or the label and they were part of their archived material from the era. this is 18 hours of material, and almost all of it is from the studio sessions

This is wishful thinking but there's only four Radiohead songs with officially released remix stems (Creep, My Iron Lung, Nude, Reckoner). Despite every song on TKOL being confirmed to have individual stems since they were sent out to people who participated in the remix album, they still haven't leaked almost a decade later.
