What a fucking pussy, I've had tinnitus for years and it's never been one of the major reasons I want to kill myself
same but in my left ear. this shit is not fun.
Look at him. He didn't have any will to live to begin with.
Probably the same for him it's a spam-tier article after all
Had tinnitus since i was a toddler. There are worse things in life.
Is that when it sounds faintly like someone unplugged your headphones and then there's a soft ring for a few seconds?
get dabbed on tinnitusfags
>you will never know complete silence

Misaki* fucking phone
Its 10/10 for me. Speaks truth to life and the anime as a medium.
I agree it's a nihilistic masterpiece, still need to read the manga. But I'm not in the mental state to focus on reading for long periods of time
I haven't taken the manga plunge yet I've only read a select few. It's stupid but I kinda want to save manga until I can read moonrunes well enough. Just in case I ever get super srs about studying it would be cool.

Better by You, Better than Me
It doesn't matter, all that matters is it was too loud.
You have mild tinnitus. Don't confuse it with real tinnitus.
I've had tinnitus since my mid 20s. Mostly in my left ear, but a little in my right ear too. I chalk it up to too many loud concerts.
These guys in the thread who are saying it's no big deal... It isn't, but it is, too. It comes in degrees. For some of the worst cases, the noise is REALLY LOUD. I'm lucky. For me, there are good days and bad days. The bad days, I'm very aware of it. It's at a pretty good volume. But, most days are good days. On good days, it's still there (it NEVER goes away completely), but it's very low and not a bother. In a quiet room, that's when it's most noticeable -- good day or bad day.
And there's really not much you can do about it.

You've been missing out on some masterpieces
>had tinnitus for as long as i can remember
>tfw learned how to induce tinnitus by flexing my spine, doing a kegel and making a vacuum with the sphincter while forcibly closing my eyes to induce that underwater-like effect
comes in handy when the fighter jets are taking off
Anyone else have it where it's pretty quiet and you can forget about it most days, but you're in a quiet room or in the bathroom or something and all of a sudden it flares up and gets SUPER loud for a few minutes?
My girlfriend turns 22 in August. Doesn't have tinnitus, but has an extreme case of eye floaters. Basically, a visual parallel to tinnitus. The floaters really drive her crazy. It's a quality of life issue. Like tinnitus, there's really no cure short of an eye transplant. And who wants to do that?

no one fucking kills themselves only because of tinnitus. He clearly had other problems.
I've had ringing for a while and recently, noticeable loss in my left ear. But I'm not really bothered by it honestly. I am definitely concerned and am taking great measures to protect my ears from further damage. But I've somehow come to peace with the situation I'm in now.
White noise definitely helps when you're trying to sleep
>'Daniel had an eye condition, his eye balls were pyramid shaped and would often change shape, making it difficult and uncomfortable when he had contacts, but we were told they would stabilise by the time he reached 30.
Oh I know man. I've heard it all from my friend to swears by manga. Hes always asking me if I've read berserk yet. I guess I'm just not in a rush, It's not going anywhere. I'm sure that phase will come eventually and I'll go super hard on it. It's kinda how I am with everything except music.
>no one fucking kills themselves only because of tinnitus
Yes they do.
What many of you people don't understand is that tinnitus can be louder than any sound you can physically perceive in reality, and more piercing than any nails on chalkboard screeching you've ever heard in your life.
Berserk is my favorite manga ever (also got me into manga), but I'm too poor to buy more volumes. So I've been on a hiatus. yeah just take your time and read when you feel like. I don't read a lot of manga either at the moment.
see he also seemed like a kissless virgin
The Smiths.
there's a difference between the subtle 'eeeeeeeee' in the background of your consciousness and actually having intrusive noise blasting you straight from the nerves at all times
bleep bloops
fuck that genre
Hahaha just turn the music up bro
This. Don't constantly blast loud as fuck sounds into your ears ffs
I can't believe Michael Reeves is fuckin dead
>get ringing in ears
That's just an excuse to listen to more music at a louder volume to drown it out. He must've been a shit programmer considering those weak problem solving skills
>his eye balls were pyramid shaped
Wew, is this real condition?
Extreme astigmatism can cause that
