Thats not how that works. A settlement agreement is a way to end litigation before a judge or jury makes a final decision. Usually it involves the defendent(The Fader) and the plaintiff(Fantano) making an agreement. In this agreement usually the plaintiff is paid for legal fees, lost income(his tour dates), and in this case an agreement to take down the article. Usually the defendant pays far less than what the original amount the plaintiff sued for, but the defendant is NOT admitting guilt.
