The think you probably don't understand is there are indeed black child molesters. You don't see them much because child abuse and especially homosexuality is really frowned upon in the African American community, so these sort of things are not reported, not spoken about, or "dealt with" within the family unit rather than a court of law. Hence there is a disproportional amount of white rapists and child molesters reported and incarcerated.
