There's like some goofy progressive jazz or fusion type shit that treads a similar path but none of it is as tight or precise as the Dan. Plus no one else has those lyrics.

Actually I take that back, Wilco sort of lyrically but it's not the same thing at all

This sounds like Steely Dan. Showed this to my dad when this album originally came out and that's exactly what he said too.

Daft Punk themselves don't really sound like Steely Dan, just that song really. Maybe you might like some other stuff from Random Access Memories like Game of Love, Instant Crush, Within, or Motherboard. Again, doesn't necessarily sound like Steely Dan, but it's got that groovy funk rock disco styling to it.
