>nobody "you know"knows their songs
>nobody "you know" cares about them
>nobody "you know" really likes bono
>still somehow have massive sold out production tours with impeccable production value "because their is a huge number of people that I don't know that are fans and really enjoy the experience that is a live U2 performance."
easy to understand FIFY
one word: boomers
fuck off shill
ZooTV was great and I don't even like U2
I went to this tour with my mom in New Orleans. Opening with Bloody Sunday was pretty sweet, but it got boring and Mom asked if I wanted to leave early, and we did some point during Joshua Tree’s b-side.
I heard he can kill an Africa child with a single clap
plebs
Telling the truth is not being a shill.
I have had the extreme privilege to see U2 perform live 5 times. The first being a performance of the "ZOOTV Outside Broadcast" Tour, The last being the "360 Tour". All in Las Vegas. All of the performances were special to me in their own way but nothing came close to ZOOTV. So many fond memories of that show. That was U2 in their prime when Bono's voice could rumble rafters and shatter glass. Anyway enough gushing from an Life long Gen X'er fan.
ahut up boomer
U2 are the gen x rolling stones.
Really dislike this "everyone 5 years older than me is a boomer XD" meme
Makes it confusing to actually discuss things
i said shut up boomer
>ahut up boomer
wat (eat) a dick zoomer
would definitely include the time a bunch of anarchists chased Bono through the streets during a g8/g20 riot
here you go

>30th anniversary tour
Joshua came out in ‘87, how many legs does this damn tour have?
it was a popular album
huh
It would be a character piece. That character, for the most part, being Bonehead. The film will track his (de)evolution from pseudo-Christian crusader to globalist shill.
Bono with a mullet
U2 is a very talented group, it's just easy to pick on them because of Bono. You'll get it one day
hahahahaha ok
Sure, user. I remember seeing that It Might Get Loud documentary and watching The Edge slink into silent resignation behind Jimmy Page and Jack White. Having a 5-digit guitar effects system will make anyone talented.
I love how he'd tell audiences to use a condom at every show when they've fucked thousands of groupies, actresses, and models in their day.
What the fuck is there to "get" about their music? It's pretty basic shit.
I fucking hate that band with all my soul
shut the fuck up boomer
>hurr u2 good
poo2
how new are you
how do you fuck up posting a file this bad
>hur u2 bad
they are
That's a good question. With Freddie Mercury and Elton John it at least made sense because their personalities (i.e. gayness) were easily marketable; that didn't make the biopics good, but at least there was some validation for their existence and helped to continue whatever mainstream legacy they still had.
How can you even center a biopic on someone like Bono without damaging his reputation? His and U2's fuck ups in this century are still fresh in everyone's minds, it's only going to make people remember how much they suck today.
This board doesn't have sound webms you retard, he's justified in posting that link.
It would be like doing a Metallica biopic. That would just cause people to remember Napster and St. Anger and become butthurt.
because internet culture isnt everybody they sell out because they have a lot of fans
HAHAHA U2 BTFO
