You used too heavy of a string gauge and your guitar is setup for a much lighter set. You’re gonna have to take it in more than likely to have your guitar adjusted to accommodate the heavier gauge or just keep trying lighter gauges until the bridge is normal. It’s an easy mistake to make if your newer to guitar. I doubt you caused any serious damage to the hardware though, but you need to take off those strings immediately

Their guitar will still have problems staying in tune if they use too light of a gauge. They need to take it in and get it adjusted by someone who actually knows what they’re doing before they risk causing some serious damage to their guitar
