I just frankly found it annoying as shit man. Terrible meandering songwriting, aimless progressions, there was some decent instrumentation but the songs just went nowhere. I have no reason to listen to them, and mostly I was just irritated by the wasted potential and meaninglessness of it all. Terrible album honestly
Yeah I mean I get not thinking it's a masterpiece, just confused by the 2.5. I could see hating the album way more than just thinking it's meh. I think his voice is perfect for the style he works within but to each their own

Can someone explain the appeal of rating music to me? I really don't care what some crowd of random hipsters from different countries and backgrounds thinks of music I personally enjoy. Maybe it can be useful for finding what's popular among outer circles like us but who really cares? I'm not going to go delete an artist's album because some twat took 2 hours to write out an unwarranted gay little narrative about his experience listening to a record he didn't even enjoy.

only RYM trannies care about what other people think of their ratings, most people use it as a more intricate cataloging tool instead where it presents a record of what you've listened to and what you might want to revisit based on how you rated it and so on
