It's quite good, but overrated, loses its appeal quickly.
Has some flaws, it is an excellent album, it could use some interesting compositions the past Pink Floyd albums were known for, musically it doesn't tend to do much, but it makes up for that with its concept and how well it executes it, also the lyrics are great.
Great release, little too "Devo" though and that cover was not necesarry, shouldn't have been on the album.
This is probably 10/10, I cannot find much flaws with this one, Yea Forums loves to act like retards over this album, but it deserves the praise.

What it sets out to do it does perfectly, so in a way, it is the perfect album, of torment and unfiltered filth. Hard to find a more misanthropic record.
