I'm not a Juggalo because I don't really care for their subculture enough to apply it to myself personally or consider a bunch of random people my family, however, I am down with the clown and Juggalos. I think ICP is one of the more innovative groups of the 90's who never got their due credit, and while there were certainly a lot of scumbag Juggalos there were also cool ones, some being my best friends as a kid, and I think these days the more scummy aspect has been ditched in favor of something more friendly as society itself just gets softer.

In my experience, I can kind of generalize two types of Juggalos I knew growing upl. I grew up in pretty much Juggalo central of suburban outskirts of Detroit during the late 90s/early 00s when they were arguably their most popular, and my neighborhood was flooded with them so it was like a big thing, you had a lot of really cool Juggalos who were just kind of typical oddball or misfit disenfranchised kids but nice, really no different than your average metal kids or rocker kids or whatever other subculture, and then you had an element of wanna be gangsters who were into it and really did treat it like a gang and just an excuse to act like a scumbag/bully to other people whenever they could since they knew being a Juggalo meant they'd automatically have a lot of people they could peer pressure or control in some way since "we family"
