Thoughts on this album?
And The Killer's music in general
Thoughts on this album?
it's good but hot fuss is better
First two are great, Battle Born is good rest is meh. They are great live though.
Legit a fuckin great album
10/10 pop album
its like the bends
The fuck is the bends?
Day & Age is actually their best album, after Hot Fuss ofc
>Human
>Spaceman
>Dustland Fairytale
I like hot fuss or what ever is called and the album with spacemen. Although bling confession is dope.
Honestly, their singles are great. The other stuff - not so much.
I agree
Their best album since Hot Fuss is Notoriously uneven
When you Were Young is their best song
Battle Born is awful, Wonderful Wonderful is better
I fucking hate Human
Also this
Might be the most overrated band of all time. They're a big part of the reason I think the 2000s was an awful time for rock music.
Unironically one of the best albums of the 2000’s
Theyre my favorite so I enjoy everything they do and always kill it live
spaceman is their best song
they're ok but one of those bands the radio really overplayed in the 2000s
That album is bootleg springsteen
> And The Killer's music in general
Terrible lately, but some of their older songs like bones and read my mind are really good,
That album is actually solid.
based music
Good but Hot Fuss was better.
Jenny was a friend of mine
Andy you're a star
Dustland is their best song
I bought this album, Panic! At The Disco- A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, Diddy-Press Play and Lupe Fiasco- Food & Liquor at a Circuit City all on the same day late '06. I listened to this album the least of those.
not even trolling but i got this vinyl as a gift and listening to it from front to back made me realize what a solid and cohesive pop record this is.
my favorite killers album
yikes
BB>ST>DaA>WW>HF
Inarguable.
good nostalgia core
Sam's Town is great, the entire album is solid, which is not something that can be said for Hot Fuss which completely falls off the rails after the first 6 songs.
Sam's Town, Bling (Confession of a King), Uncle Johnny, and My List are all great non-single songs off the album, but pick any at random and you wont be disappointed imo.
The Killers were probably the last good (popular) pop rock band I can think of, but I haven't listened to anything outside of their first two albums, I should really fix that.
I saw them at a music festival last year, favorite band I saw. Hearing an entire crowd sing Mr. Brightside is pretty fucking awesome
boring
Indie rock died a long time ago.
Lotta good songs on those first three albums. Once they hit battle born I lost interest but still wrote some great stuff. Read My Mind is their best track imho
This is the hottest of takes. It’s so extreme that I wanna hear you out. Why do you think battle born is best and hot fuss the worst?
Based retard
good album, lead singer went fag
Can't believe the frontman is a mormon.
Good album
This
Love The Killers. Great record, probably my favorite by them.
Sam’s Town > Hot Fuss > Day & Age > Wonderful Wonderful > Battle Born
I’ve got the picture print vinyl of this album and it’s awsome.
Would probably agree with this order as well. WW and Day and Age could be interchangeable but the better singles were on Day and Age
first album rules, my exroomate said only the first half of it was good, but he was a dumb ass and a cuck, can't get into this one
Criminally underrated by the contrarian fags on this board
Sam's Town and Hot Fuss are masterpieces. It's just the truth. One is perfect pop and one is perfect rock.
Wonderful Wonderful's first two tracks are amazing and then it just falls off a cliff
The Desired Effect is fucking great and Lonely Town might be the best song he ever wrote
>Not thinking Flamingo is better than The Desired Effect
Day & Age has a lot more than most give it credit for. Goodnight, Travel Well is great and so is I Can't Stay. And I don't get people who say Hot Fuss falls off in the back half. I love the synth in On Top, the bass in Midnight Show kills and Everything Will Be Alright is a dope closer
We all know Sawdust is their best.
based thin white duke remix poster
