Even though WL/WH is the undoubtedly the more superior/experimental (and probably even more catchy at times imo), it didn't necessarily reinvent the wheel nor it didn't really have AS much influence in comparison to TVU&N, which is why Scaruffi prefers it over that album.

Yes, lyrics, production and the song structure are all better. I enjoy the “heaviness” so to speak of Sister Ray, but the emotional buildup and release of tension in a small setting is much better.
