I've been recently trying to hit a lot of those super interestingly-produced alt/indie records from the '90s/'00s that I was sleeping on for such a long time. Stuff that's a bit closer to the mainstream than NMH, or at least, was until ten or so years ago when the underground classics started overshadowing their more commonplace contemporaries. If I've been getting into early Eels and Modest Mouse and Beck recently, what else of that era do you think would be worth checking out?
