I'm not good at dancing, it's not the way I move so much as my shitty sense of rhythm. It's like my body generally reacts too late so I generally dance at least slightly off-beat. I also have to hold a drink or I won't know what to do with my arms.
This doesn't apply to when I'm (very) drunk because apparently I gain decent dance skills with enough alcohol in my system according to my friends. It took me a long time to not care about what other people think so while I used to never dance because it felt too cringy nowadays I dance at techno parties.
