>a lot of genres, each release is different >from depressive black metal and blackgaze to experimental ambient and piano based music >everything by myself
if you like unsettling but good music this is definitely for you

>soundcloud.com/caleb-chase/ hey i like your page a lot, lots of nice mellow landscapey songs, good for rainy days. tho i'd say even tho its dream pop you could ease up on the reverb just a bit, makes the songs sound like flimsy sheets being shaken by wind if that makes sense. you want it to sound less incorporeal desu. this is pretty amazing dude. wanna drive down an 80s anime high way in a bright red ass car while the sun is going down while listening to this the woods track is fucking dope as hell. walking thru an old factory thats been over run by machines for the past few hundred years, shits filled with moss; post apocalyptic, dystopian world. thats the vibe i get. super fucking sick. well done. lots of interesting textures on the overall EP
Here's mine:
>mellow >last day on earth type shit >electronic >post rock elements
Im making an album is based on the original Spiderman video game for PS1. Here is my second promotional single. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks.
that synth that comes in at 0:20 is soooo nice, love the melody. the percussion is really good too ! You carry the track exceptionally well, the whole thing slaps hard. This is some really special stuff and probably one of my favourite idm type tracks i've heard through these boards! really cool stuff. liked and followed
brilliant psychedelic pop lad!!! syd barrett era pink floyd vibes through the charts, however this sounds original like it could have easily been released in 1967
>sampling gone awry >psychic trippy stuff >unclassifiable (i really dunno what to accurately tag its genre)
had to skip ahead to 2:40 cuz I thought the 1st section got a bit meandering compared to the other sections on it. It makes sense in context of the entire track but man.
Some interesting ideas, but I think that bass kick thing is holding it back.
Vocals need to be fatter, they don't have much presence, but pretty cool.
My ear buds died, so I can't listen for a bit, but I'll probably hit up the rest of the tracks on this thread. Moving on.
soundcloud.com/niffstazzy/crystal-bliff-castlev2 >owl city inspired >electronic hip hop >crypto nerd rap As per every SC thread, I put a lot of insight into my lyrics and I understand that due to my poor microphone there will be some muddling of vocals here and there in the beat. That being said, if you are the type that likes over analyzing lyrics, I recommend you unpack what I've written, I take a certain pride in jamming double meanings wherever I can.
For those looking to give feedback, I'm hoping for some help about how to jump into mastering, since I think it's the last Frontier that will help me polish my work up a lot. If you can't help with that, feel free to give advice even if it's to mold the song to your taste, I'm looking to mold my music into its own identify and I appreciate the exposure to new elements from multiple genres.
