Contrast this to the 'nuum: Vulgar, expletive lyrics, overly distorted Amen Break variations that get more and more primitive with each iteration, the need to showcase "dread" and loneliness through it's bleak and quasi-comical soundscapes. The English mentality, one might infer, has been in a constant state of PTSD since the Blitz ended, and its constant need to manifest this through unintelligible patois lyrics over some bassline bastardizations is a clear symptom of this. Sure, the Blitz ended more than 70 years ago, but the constant need of "dropping" so called "weapons" on the nodern English dancefloor betrays the veneer of the English upper lip mentality that they work so hard to project. Thus, the 'nuum and it's underlings are the perfect tool for Sonic Warfare: Sound, Affect, and the Ecology of Fear™, now for sale on amazon.co.uk
