You got something going on with that second track. It would make a fucking AWESOME opener for an actual song. I can almost hear overdriven chords punch into the air as the bass changes to accompany.

Composition and shit sounds real good but the production is lacking. That's all you gotta work on I guess. I find that a lot of math these days uses a lot of compression so maybe look into multi-band compressors.

Not very good. There's a kind of grumble in noobs voices when they try to do death metal vocals. You need to push from your diaphragm harder to get rid of that grumble and also loosen your throat.

I dig the seapunk vibes but the vocals are too far removed from the mix for my liking.

Sounds nice. I like the fuzzy tones and vagueness of the vocals.

Love the dreamy pads that kick the track off. The gradual distortion that gets added works nicely as well. The progressive glitchiness is sick as well. Really unique

Love the way these vocals are treated. The weird sitar thing that makes an appearance at the end of the track. Also, these lyrics are fuckin weird and very memorable.

Maybe too noisy for what I expect but it's alright. The 2nd half of the first track is pretty good IDM Track 2 is pretty good, the middle part is chill as fuck with the future synths.

Bros, "lofi" isn't a safeword to avoid criticism on EQing and mastering. It's not just to clean up sound quality, EQ is to make space for all the elements to fit together. If multiple elements of a mix occupy similar frequency ranges and attempt to fit into the same space, the result will often sound muddy, and basically just a MESS, it doesn't sound "indie" or whatever you shmucks say its like, its just embarrasing.

You need to Learn how to boost your bass. I can help you out quite a bit if you ask, but for now what you need to focus on is Making great bass patches. to make a beginner bass, get a defult patch in Harmor, turn the low-pass on A to 10% and 0% on B, and then turn the Sub up on both A and B, next turn on some slight distortion and then EQ the sub in the mixer up all the way.

Basically do your research on genres and learn about all the subgenres in your field. Next after you've taken full CONTROL of the genre (like what ai did with dubstep) make your OWN sub-genre (or in my case END the genre, yeah it's pretty impressive but yeah I officially ended the genre ((dubstep)) for everyone, it was beastmode for sure) and ta-da! you're almost a legend now if you do all of that, knowledge of genre is important bro.
