then on a more sad non-Monday note I talke to the one coworker and he said that it was actually his brother's SECOND oldest that passed from a heart attack at 32 and that his brother's THIRD YOUNGEST or otherwise known as the YOUNGEST has a heart attack a day or so after but he was able to make it to the hospital and is recovering.
Then the coworker said that his dad had heart problems all his life but he made it to 77 before it took him away

but on an unrelated note I was angry about other things too. I think especially based on the events of last week because I opened up the project today to do phase 2 and just some stuff in there started to trigger me.
so I closed that project and started on editing the book spec for the project which is just some boring reading and deleting or editing lines.
and I am getting a lot of text spam where now people are texting me pretending to be the wrong number in hopes of baiting me to answer

so I reply STOP and I block the number. I wonder if I should even bother with the STOP. and I know blocking them will do nothing because they will have an endless list of numbers to use.
