I use large northshore eternadry booster pads (with the adhesive strip). Takes some practice but you're trying to fold the booster and stick the adhesive into the crease where the standing leg guard connects to the pad. See pic related. I promise you that is the ultimate diaper experience. Lasts 24 hrs with normal hydration and just doesn't stop swelling/gripping on you inside. Trust me
