You should order whatever you want user. But just know that a low quality cut of meat will usually be used if you order well done. It's super easy to cover a steak's imperfections when you cook it a lot.

There is nothing wrong with a properly cooked well done steak & meat.

However, if you are using a high temp grill, well done is just turning meat into charcoal & leather. It is actually VERY bad for you, literally cancer inducing.

When cooking meat to well done states, you need to be cooking low and slow. Smoking and sous vide are proper ways to reach well done states.
