Around 1998, Nissan made a better Z32 Fairlady TT. If you live in the USA, save up and import one with the 25 year rule.

I used to have a gen 5 honda prelude. I miss that thing. Probably not a classic. Also want a 240Z and keep the L26 in it and rebuild it with some performance parts

How so?

I duno if 90s cars qualify as classics yet.

These suck ass to drive, they are museum queens only.

They gave it HID headlamps and better front and rear bumpers. I'm sure a much more hardcore Nissan Z32 guy would better explain it. Maybe an /o/ person would?

Based wagon appreciator

You should probably take this to

The king. Best looking car ever made. There's a silver '68 sitting at my import garage, it's like $200K, so sad.

Attached: 67 E-Type.jpg (1024x768, 633.19K)

I've owned like 3 of these, they are fun and I love them but the cars overall performance fucking sucks. They are a great car for riding around with the tops off and doing some sporty shit on the roads but I will never take one seriously for racing outside of a tube chassis car.

movies aside it’s a volvo that barely does 120

Agree. My buddy had one and it felt too big/heavy for a Japanese sports car.

>unreliable fragile engine
>overweight
>handles like a boat
theres a reason these cars are so cheap

The MKIV Supra wasn't that much better, but costs a fucking fortune.

I had a buddy that had two blown built motors before he could even crack 900whp and even that one is questionable. Toyota doesn't deserve nearly as much credit as it gets.

This was my first car.

None yet posted the goat lol? I think this is most beautiful car ever made, without a doubt! I would kill for one of these, even though originals are impossible to find nowadays! Even the kits go for a small fortune!

I'm sorry.

Naw brah. Naw.

>The MKIV Supra wasn't that much better
you have that type of autism that makes you hate anything popular dont you.
supras are superior to a 300zx in every way possible, they arent even in the same league

I had the Dodge version for three weeks. Tranny went a week after I bought it... $3.5K to fix. Week three, two days after getting the transmission fixed, a guy in a Hyundai suv blew a stop sign and totaled it. I yelled at that motherfucker for like twenty minutes until the cops finally showed up.

There was a silver cobra behind me today near a casino, she was gorgeous

Dad had one of these and ended up having to sell it when the family fell on hard times in the late 80s. Worth a goddamn fortune these days

Luck bastard, I can count the number of times I’ve seen one on one hand! Count your blessings and go buy a lottery ticket lol!

I know right, that's only the second one I've seen in person

Most Cobras you see on the road are kits. That actually makes them a very achievable dream car. With an LSX and a nice fuel injection setup, you could probably daily the thing. If you do the work, it would only be around $30K too.

30k!?!? The fuck!?!? I need to be in your market!! I’ve seen just the kits go for over 150 to 200k!! That’s not daily driver, and that’s just the KIT, no original!! Man I need what you’re smoking lol!!

My pretty piece of shit turned 28 in January.

First search I did had a kit for $20K. The engine, if you got a proper 427 LS, could propel it closer to $40K though. It's basically just a gokart with a bigblock, can't be that hard to put together.

I love those things, treat it well, user.

That’s the problems with kits, obviously not factory spec, so who knows what’s going to shake loose! Plus, a second hand kit!?!? That’s even worse!! Yes the 427 is a lot, but from what I’ve seen, kits are often made of an aluminum composite, it’s cheaper, a real steel frame would be able to handle the torque! So yeah, that 40k gets you a nice looking go cart, not a cobra!!

Nissan GT-R

We had one of these that could legit fit 10 people and a large dog all with seatbelts. Needed ~6 of them to be children or very small, but it worked and I remember having fun (other than a tire blowing out everytime we went on the interstate...)
good times

Nice ride. I just bought a green 2000 V70R with Two-Tone interior. One of approximately 15 or less (I've read anywhere from 5-15) in the U.S.

absolutely based Volvo enjoyer

Got any pics? I'm on a Volvo binge this summer, I'm hoping to pick up a 1978 144 next weekend.

Close enough. Gf drives a current year Altima and my only "car guy" friend is an 07 Sante Fe

weirdly strong car, cool choice.

48 CAPTCHA attempts later here you go...

It needs some cosmetic work and I am going to manual swap it and add to it pretty extensively, but I also have a 2005 V70R manual that is getting the attention first.

The only real choice.

Well, MUNI in SF was designed by Pininfarina, so why hell not?

A V70R is my actual dream car, moreso than a S60R which seem to be more popular. I'm afraid to ask for pics because I know I'll get jealous but I gotta ask
