Yes. The boosters add to the thickness while dry but they really add once they get wet and swell up. I like to use northshore brand xl boosters. I like how they have the adhesive back. Pretty sure they are the same product that I have bought from xpmedical previously. All under megamax or trest.

I have definitely had dreams where I am diapered, as well. Sometimes even casually, where like it is obvious but not a big deal. The part that I think is really strange is for me the diapers are never like an integral role or anything in the dream. Other things happen around. Sometimes the diapers are even normal.
