Why is TMR in your top 10?

not OP, but why shouldn't it be, you faggot?

TOPSTERS SITE IS OFFLINE!!!1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's hard to explain. I used to hate it; I couldn't get past Ella Guru before turning it off. This was years ago and I hadn't touched it since a few days ago. However, after giving it another shot listening to it all the way through, it clicked and I just can't get enough, especially of Moonlight on Vermont

++Love
++Ween -- idk about them being top 10 material though.

The thing about Chocolate and Cheese is that it's my go-to when I want to listen to music but feel great ennui, want something accessible, and am apathetic about overarching themes. It's the anti-music, anti-album, the album equivalent of sticking your tongue out, which is why I like it.

You should check out Dadamah - This is Not a Dream

Great taste in Jazz user. Especially Byrd in hand. John Frusciante's solo stuff is also pretty interesting. You might like Madrugada - Industrial Silence

>Great taste in Jazz user
thanks.
I went through coltrane's entire discography as band leader, might do the same with byrd, heard some of his other records like black byrd and it was amazing too. Doing the same with frusciante, although he has been my favorite musician for a long ass while there are some records here and there I haven't heard yet.
>You might like Madrugada - Industrial Silence
seems very interesting, will give it a try, thanks

aaaaa please help me find more good music
i'm ready for gusic

>on the corner
based

Listen to literally anything.

he clearly is

Moonmadness, such a beautiful record
Frusciante and Coltrane, great combo (with a Bitches Brew on top of that)
On the Corner and Anima Latina are amazing, but I don't like pretty much all the rest of it

Attached: top-10.jpg (2206x644, 580K)

I wouldn't say i have a consistent top 10 if i'm honest. Just stuff i'm into from time to time. Here's some albums i've been enjoying allot recently. Mostly just been listening to them on the train. It's been quite rainy recently/
+Rubber soul, The Clash and Ween
+DJ Shadow
John Fruciante is a god
People will mock you but they're all good albums.

Attached: topsters2 (42).jpg (2612x644, 170K)

>I don't like pretty much all the rest of it
lol I didn't look hard enough, there's a Sun Ra comp (which should be good, out of what I heard from Sun Ra, I mostly liked live stuff), and Super Session, which I've never listened to or even seen)

I can get not liking the psychedelic stuff, but come on you've got to like Super Session. Prime pool house stuff

lives in a castle in northern italy, fishes every day, big fishes even, mama mia

2, 5 and 10 albums?

correct metallica album, weak top 10

boring
cant really comment. why do people insist on not including album titles? like we get it, you think everyone should recognize everything, but it's obnoxious and pretentious. just include the titles for fuck's sake.
noodle brain
brother
poptimist

hey, you like what you like
you're a mess

Attached: topsters2.png (2122x644, 988K)

lmao this must be a joke

??? you're a joke. what?

>cant really comment. why do people insist on not including album titles? like we get it, you think everyone should recognize everything, but it's obnoxious and pretentious. just include the titles for fuck's sake
>you can only possibly have the motivation that I've come up with for not doing things the way i want

>correct Metallica album
you might wanna get your eyes checked, that's not Kill em All

>why do people insist on not including album titles?
Except for Endtroducing and Eskimo, which everyone knows already, every album on there has the title on the cover you tard.

u only like shit

>still doesn't understand how opinions work
you know i'm right
not the point

>not the point
The point you whined about is you not being able to see the album titles. But it turns out that you CAN see the album titles. Seems like a pretty open-and-shut case to me.

i'll bite

worst Actress album right there
still watches fantano
is very active on twitter
probably a junior in high school
>Chill Out
a man of exquisite taste
would probably smoke with
likes to read
the live Portishead album is amazing

Attached: topsters2.png (1452x644, 292K)

yikes. it's a direct continuation of splazsh and i think it's better in every way.
>still watches fantano
lmao

damn gottem

you think AZD is better than R.I.P.? Wow.

you're in no position to call other people's top 10s boring

Attached: topsters2 (1).png (1452x644, 293K)

Oh, the irony. What’s boring about my chart, in your opinion? Not enough meandering self-important bullshit for you?

knows how to dance
detached and aloof
doesn't know what he wants out of life

Attached: top 10.png (2192x644, 323K)

>still doesn't understand how opinions work
>proceeds to shit on other people's opinions
lmaoing right now

Attached: topsters2 (1).png (1911x651, 301K)

There’s a fine line, user.

>Gigi Masin
>Larry Levan
>KLF

VERY based, check out Muro - Elegant Funk if you haven't already

People on this board sure like to pretend they like boring ass music, and then call quintessential, supremely listenable and engaging albums boring. Oh, the irony.

Great taste, anima latina and forever changes are both amazing. You’ve probably heard it already, but Odessey and Oracle is another great 60s record.
Love the Brazilian music. Check out Clube de Esquina if you haven’t already.

Attached: DbolMcfWAAEz3Uw.jpg (285x249, 9K)

sure love coming onto 4channel dot org slash myoo and seeing chart threads where people just rearrange some Yea Forumscore. excellent discussion and great recommendations, folks.

props on being capable of independent thought

Well that’s just like your opinion man

I’m not I just want to understand why folks are so transparent and cynical. I love my taste. I suppose we all do.

Where’s my shoutout?

yes

post yours or fuck off m8

Interesting to see combination of these albums on one 2x5 chart, I'll give you that. Try T2 - It'll all Work Out In Boomland
Good to see someone else knowing about Normil Hawaiians, they really are great. I guess you could like Southpacific - Constonance
Very nice, although I've never really understood why do people prefer Inindependency over Hex besides the fact that the former includes Scum, but Hex's consistency compensates that imo. Anyway, would suggest The Books - Lemon Of Pink, Cerberus Shoal - Homb and Mark Hollis' solo album if you haven't heard it yet
Really solid. Check out Morphogenetic Fields by Atom Heart and Earth To Infinity - s/t

Attached: topsters2 (12).jpg (2248x644, 151K)

check out the first couple DEVO albums if you haven't already

Thanks for calling me based but your taste sucks and the beatles are amazing

you got memed

Not an argument
>It's hard to explain
Explain it. "It clicked" is not a reasonable reason btw

Not him, but usually the explanation for liking music is thinking it sounds good. Nothing further is required.

nice lift to experience lol
I feel like Fishmans are great for 1 listen but not for multiple, I remember being blown away first listen but not returning to it much after

Attached: topsters2.png (1452x644, 315K)

Attached: topsters2 (2).png (1452x644, 283K)

how is liking an album not a viable reason, retard?
it's just really fucking fun, catchy and interesting, why is that so hard for you mongoloids to understand?

you act like it's some kind of hyperabrasive noise record with no musical qualities when it's just a really good fusion of blues rock and avant-garde jazz

>bumps hard as fuck
Thank you!

not a single bad album on his top 10

Attached: topsters2.jpg (1452x644, 134K)
