Anti/cub/ bread

anti/cub/ bread

What's the best way to detect, out, and punish secret cub artists? Any thoughts on making cub art illegal in the United States?

Have you managed to get one of them to leave the internet or maybe even more?

itt post resources for organized call outs and discovery of cub artists, and successful call outs from the past.

Coercion is effective but hard to initiate unless you have an inn. You'll notice they talk a big game until the stigma bleeds into real life. Agreeing with OP that these monsters need to be gone.

Relentless social pressure will usually push them into a very public meltdown leading the ample lulz. If you see someone you suspect of it, organize a callout and the hordes will do the rest.

touch grass

Some of the most subtle signs of a cub artist:

1. Neoteny (enlarged head, implying a smaller body or more childlike proportions). Some artists do this unintentionally, which should show either latent pa3d0philia or hint that they are hiding something.

2. Preference of "ass over tits". They obsess over bodily features that are present on undeveloped persons. They may prefer flat chested characters or simply have less interest in breasts. Big red flag.

3. Enjoyment of small and petite characters. This one is self-explanatory.

4. Use of bright flat colors and other childish thematic elements. Clothing, environments, or accessories that are reminiscent of childlike themes.

5. Large round eyes with round pupils. This is a common trait among exclusively western cub artists as they draw inspiration from their own insular communities.

6. Thin limbs, excessive exposed midriff in images, bows, flowers, braces, or any such infantilizing accessories even on adult characters.

7. Characters exhibiting naivete or innocence, constant joy/smiling/winking.

8. Any of the following pararphilias: DD/lg, glasses, feet, petite characters, incest, "daddies", fairies, or imps.

9. Excessive outspoken enjoyment of children's animated franchises, up to and including taking visual inspiration from them.

Note that the presence of these does not strictly indicate a pa3d0 but serves as a problematic "red flag" that should tip off monitoring community procurers. Especially if a person exhibits more than one or two.

yikes. bumping this cus apparently y'all ain't ready for this conversation

The furry fandom is worse than it's ever been because of these fucking degenerates.

Go to conventions and photograph them. This is what my friends and I used to do back in the pre covid times.

bumping for community safety

anti cubump

bump hoping someone has leads or aggression toward cub artist

Why are you censoring pedo.

In some countries glowies can arrest for typing the word (ex: sweden/finland)

not helpful? you ok user?

This should be part of the TOS of any furry hosting site. This stuff is essential to catching cub artists who haven't made their work public.

I dunno, you've been sitting in your thread for like 45+ minutes trying to pretend there was other people posting. Are you sure you're okay?

Burp

got anything helpful to contribute?

a few more

10. Open homosexuality, or implied homosexuality, with characters usually portrayed on the sidelines of events and/or with limbs cut off from the body and/or tied down.

11. Love and admiration of theistic characters.

12. Simple manipulation of anime characters and background scenery through filters or the like.

13. Envy of vulgarly stylized eyes on furry characters.

14. Abandoning of orthodox character traits in favor of "kawaii" themes or grotesque and inhuman ones.

15. Unusual rigidity of characters or background props.

16. Scenes so obscured by absurdly stylized elements that they could only mean something deep and twisted. (homage to RoN)

17. Unusual affection for anthropomorphized buttons, controls, and/or unintelligible text.

18. Psychological abuse, implied or otherwise, of the objects depicted.

19. Excessive amount of explicitness in drawings and general setup. This one is almost redundant.

20. Stupidly bold use of mechanical elements and weaponry.

21. Hinting at well-cultivated homosexuality or pedophilia with characters, style, writing, or whatever.

22. Highschool/college or similar uniformity of artwork.

23. A scenario (or artwork) with two sexes that includes only male-female unions.

24. Use of cyberpunks or cyborgs as protagonists.

25. Disparate and wierd clothing, accessories, and garb.

26. Excessive use of particularly stupid or non-occurent playthings and distractions (cuteness).

27. Girls with cleavages.

You're really stupid.

These are all really good points that are not commonly considered. I can already think of a handful of artists who do this stupid shit listed.

>draw an underage character
>normies lose their shit for muh pedos save da children
>draw the most fucked up guro-shit imaginable
>that's alright, it's a drawing movies do it too totally different thing we call it fantasy
Someone explain this to me, Yea Forums

You don't say

Looking at a naked child is worse than killing a child.

The best thing to do here would be for someone to post a bunch of cubs that way we all know what to look for in the future.

Often people who draw the opposite elements of this are also covering up their degeneracy.

Really interesting points user... do you have justification or research for any of this?

Arousal positively reinforces what the person sees in the image in a way that violence does not. Cub porn normalizes abuse and encourages people do act on it.

Yeah, I can make your shitty thread a little less shitty

Okay. Let's look at how each of those elements played into Blobbs's initial 'hit' 1. Signing up for Deviantart The day Blobbs went live. 2. Inking his first model Blobbs quickly sketched two pictures using the base colors in illustrator. Again, it was rough and full of artboard artefacts and barely began the necessary correction process. 3. Following his webcomic, BoA - Sunset Overdrive again as he had on Blobbs. 4. He only filled in minor cracks, did no retouches, and simply cut off the excess. These four steps in time were set at the day of release of Blobbs. 5. And thus the most ingenious and blind-suicide-worthy moment in comic art history.

What's the point of cancelling cub artists? Why I can't draw whatever I like in peace? Where's my freedom of expression? My rig9ht to the pursuit of happiness?

They're all relatively high on the list because they're all very common traits of a pedophile or at least someone who is living a double life.

Kawaii is a huge red flag, it's extremely rare for someone to be obsessed with that. In fact, most of the time when a character is kawaii it's because they're trying to be cute or they're a cute character. It's very rare for a character to be cute and kawaii. It's far more common for them to be cute and adorable, which is the exact opposite of what kawaii means.

The vast majority of characters in furry art, comics and other media are male, so there's a strong bias to seeing male characters. If you see a character who's obviously a girl, that's either because the author wanted to be cute, or because the author is a female who's writing for the female audience. I'm not saying this applies to everyone, but it applies to a lot of the stuff people are complaining about.

It's also really rare for people to make a drawing where the characters are actually in character. If you see a character that's making a scene but they're not in character, that's usually because they're being cute. It's very rare for a character to be cute and in character. It's far more common for them to be cute and adorable, which is the exact opposite of what kawaii means.

You forfeit that right the second you decide to draw that kind of content. It ceases to be a mere depiction and starts to be a tool that can be used by groomers.

im genuinely surprised no one mentioned aniuimaru couyë on this list, among the other top couple im sure has anti male escapist bias due his dolphin fighting key forest jrs.
i dont mind the discussion itself but find kinda dangerous this fandom completely bastardating anime/mas anime fandom by nitpicking like losers whqre usualily in pessimistic dark non religious tumblrhat /nsfw imagery dis role. hey folks real males are overbearing!

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck. The furry fandom has no room for people who project their propensity for abuse through art.

It was just an excuse for a cub thread
