Not sure if attractive. More "normal" maybe, bald guys stand out the same way someone with colored hair stands out, but as for attractiveness, I'm not sure.
From personal experience, when I had longer hair I was a huge loser. When I cut it short, I started getting more attention from females, and for some reason, when I shaved to 0, I got a lot more attention from females.
I think it highly depends on your face/skull shape combo.
Now I let it grow a bit, then shave, and repeat, but I'll never bear long hair again.
