Not at all. Madlib production is indeed very interesting, but MF Doom flow is more of a meme than anything: he doesnt have any and only hipsters seem to enjoy it. He has really clever lyrics, but the delivery ruins everything. I dont care if he rhymes in 5/8, most of his music is unlistenable. MF Doom only becomes a fair MC when he stops to be autistic and decides to rhyme on beat. If you want something good from him, try Vaudeville Villain,
