I was a nasal user for 1, IV for 6. Speaking from experience, honestly if you don't have any history of addictive tendencies and no strong desire for any opiates already, you're only pitfalls with use is dosing right, cause ya know if you're bangin it, with all the carfentanyl and fentanyl being passed off, you're pretty much guaranteed to at the least be hospitalized if you don't know wtf you're doing if you're lucky. I've OD'd 3 times, was dead for like 30 seconds or so on the last one. You're honestly better off getting into meth. But If you've got a self destructive martyr complex, an almost religious masochistic desire to make yourself suffer, or obsessivly fetishize the filth of the world, then by all means go for it. if you've done an opiate painkiller before, you know basically what heroin feels like just instant and stronger. People have this idea like heroin is like some sort of super drug, when in reality its just a street made version of your prescribed pain meds.
